If you have received a wrong product that is not as per described on our website or if the product is damaged

We will offer a full refund including delivery charges and collections charges as long as the following conditions are met:

• Product is unused, in it’s original unbroken packaging and includes all the tags
• Product is returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Product is returned with its original receipt which was included in the delivery.

In case the return is initiated after the item is shipped but before it is delivered, then the customer would pay for the shipping charges both ways.

Refund procedure/timescale

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our location and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you back on the credit/debit card used within 14 working days.
